Puff Pastry Pizza
I remember eating Pepperidge Farms puff pasty pizza when I was a kid. It was a long, narrow rectangular pizza, and the crust was super puffy. Usually mozzarella cheese was the only topping. I’ve recreated it here, with a mostly homemade version. Since puff pastry is one of those items that is way easier to purchase than to make, and the quality is still good, I buy it from the store. I prefer the Trader Joe’s brand puff pastry, if you can find it, since it is made from the most natural ingredients.
