Meal Plan
A new lunch and dinner meal plan for one week, for two people. If you are cooking for more you can easily double the ingredients/recipes. Leftovers are utilized for lunch. The chicken leftovers cooked on Sunday are used in two other recipes later in the week, so make sure to portion it out. Links to the recipes are included.

Here’s your weekly Football Food Friday post!
Pizza is a quintessential football food. It’s my husband’s favorite pizza, and a great crowd pleaser. The smoked cheese is essential to get the right taste and pairs perfectly with the pancetta. It’s definitely a “guys” pizza — smokey, salty, gooey, and meaty. Though every one I’ve served this pizza to has loved it.

Pasta Carbonara is a classic, hearty pasta dish. The dish utilizes refrigerator staples, so it’s great dish to make when your fresh ingredients are running low or out. I love making this dish on a cool evening (it’s almost always a cool evening in San Francisco). This is a great comfort food.
