Grilled peaches are a fast, easy, and healthy dessert and the perfect way to complete a grilled summer dinner.  They’re excellent served with a chilled, crisp white wine or a glass of iced tea.  The heat of the grill concentrates the sugars in the peaches, making them sweet and soft.  Make sure your peaches are ripe, but not soft, otherwise they will just turn to mush when heated on the grill.
