Chicken for Chili
Here’s a guest post from my mom!
Chicken Chili
I usually make it this Chicken Chili in the crockpot for about 10 hours, but I have also made it on the stove and let it simmer about an hour. The flavors meld overnight so it is better the next day! I call this semi-homemade! Great use of pantry items and leftover chicken.

Chile Lime Popcorn
Chile-Lime Popcorn offers a tangy, spicy, salty treat for a unique twist on buttered popcorn. This flavor is similar to salt and vinegar, but with a touch of spice from the chile powder and the lime acts like the vinegar (since it’s an acid). Best of all, you can do this in the microwave.

Smokey Chili in a Bread Bowl
Here’s a classic football food favorite, which gets better the second day for leftovers. Using chipotles in adobo, smoked sausage, and bacon adds a wonderful smoked flavor to the chili. Serving the chili in a bread bowl creates a great all in one meal.
