This baked chicken is easy and quick to prepare and bake.  Marinate the chicken in the morning, and it’s ready to bake in the evening.  If you forget to marinate the chicken, you can still season and bake it immediately.  Serve this with steamed broccoli and carrots seasoned with sea salt.

This almond coating is a nice change from a plain baked chicken breast.  The coating offers a bit of crunch and added flavor too.  Serve on a bed of farro and with a side of steamed broccoli for a complete meal.
