Strawberry and Brie Sandwich with Basil
I’m not exactly sure how this sandwich came to mind, but it sounded good to me. I especially like making it for breakfast. It’s slightly sweet from the strawberries and white bread and savory from the Brie cheese. Make sure to have the strawberries and Brie at room temperature for the best flavor.
