When the weather gets hot I start craving smoothies. Instead of buying pricey, sugary, syrup sweetened smoothies make your own. Using yogurt as a base and frozen berries allows for a thick, cold, creamy, naturally sweet smoothie. The frozen berries help keep the smoothie thick. For an even thicker smoothie try using Greek yogurt. Smoothies are a delicious snack and great for breakfast.
