Almond Chicken Breasts
Adapted from Mariel’s Kitchen by Mariel Hemingway
This almond coating is a nice change from a plain baked chicken breast. The coating offers a bit of crunch and added flavor too. Serve on a bed of farro and with a side of steamed broccoli for a complete meal.
Banana Nut Oatmeal Brûlée
This is a nice warm, sweet breakfast dish for a cold wintry weekend morning. If you wish to use steel cut oats double the liquid and cook for 30 minutes before adding in the diced banana and vanilla extract.

Cherry Almond French Toast Bake
