Just lovely. I too liked the specks of peel, and it adds extra nutrition! Then again I am one that eats the peel and all of a baked potato.

Loaves look great. I agree, I love the look of the seams opening….it is so rustic and yet looks like something you’d get from a great bakery.

These look great, I love how the open seam just invites you to tear off a piece and eat it while warm.

I love the look of the melted chocolate chunks! Hazelnut milk chocolate sounds divine. I too like a thicker cookie, but these were tasty!

Love your pics. Your cookies look wonderful. I really enjoyed this recipe and might have to add it to my favourites. Though your idea of adding coffee to some of my favourite recipes is also a good idea!

Hazelnut, now there’s an idea! Mine turned uber-flat until I baked them in cupcake pans so they kept their shape. Next time, I’ll add more flour and use hazelnuts.
