Blueberry Nectarine Pie
This was a great summer pie recipe. I enjoyed the addition of nectarines, and liked that the pie was not super sweet. It was a bit too watery for me, and I wish I would have used more flour, or even instant tapioca to help thicken the juices. Blueberry pie is often runny, and I usually use more thickening agent.
I did use my own pie crust recipe, because I like the flavor and texture.
Overall the pie had wonderful flavor and the nectarines added a fun new twist for me.
