This is a hearty and delicious breakfast, lunch or snack. The sweet, chewy dates pair well with the nutty, crunchy granola. The tart bursts of juicy pomegranate seeds cuts through the richness of the dates.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Serve Size: 1

Ingredients

1/4 to 1/3 cup homemade granola (I used pumpkin granola for this)

1-2 dates, pitted and diced

2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

3/4 cup plain yogurt or 1/2 cup milk

Process

If using yogurt, I like to put the yogurt in the bowl first. If using milk I like to pour it over the top of the granola.

Place the 3/4 cup of plain yogurt (if using) in a small bowl.

Pit and dice the dates.

Remove 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds from the pomegranate.

Add the granola to the bowl.

Top with the diced dates and pomegranate seeds and serve!

If using milk pour it over everything in the bowl and serve.
