I first discovered Duckhorn Vineyards a couple years ago, when my husband and I had lunch in Yountville at Bottega. I ordered a glass of Duckhorn Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc, and after my husband took a taste he decided we should go visit the vineyard. After lunch we drove across the valley and did a tasting.

Using pre-packaged gnocchi makes this dish an easy quick meal for the middle of the week. While homemade gnocchi is amazing and worth the effort, packaged gnocchi is still quite good and requires much less time. I save the homemade gnocchi for special occasions and weekends.
