Make Cranberry Sauce Ahead

For Thanksgiving make your cranberry sauce 2-3 days ahead.  Since it is like a preserve it holds up well when made in advance, and gives the flavors a chance to combine.  In fact, at least one day before is best, since chilling helps set the cranberry sauce.
