Tuesday Tip – Sprinkle Salt from Above

When seasoning food with salt, sprinkle the salt from a foot or so above so that it disperses more evenly across the food.  It’s also a good idea to measure the salt out first, then sprinkle it by pinch a bit with your finger and thumb.  This way you know how much salt you are adding to your food.
