Tuesday Tip – Burger Bowl
When I pack leftover burgers for lunch, I want the burger and the toppings in a single easy to take container, but I don’t want the bun getting mushy. I package the bun in a separate bag, but but the patty and the toppings together in a small dish. If there are any toppings I would not like reheated, I place them on top so they are easily removed before reheating. Then, I just reheat the dish, place the patty and toppings on the bun and I have my burger!
