Kale Chips

Here’s a healthy, crispy, crunchy, salty snack.  It’s quick and easy to make too.

Prep: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 7-8 minutes

Ingredients

Kale

Olive Oil

Sea Salt – preferably coarse

Process

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Spread the kale in a single layer on a roasting pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt.

Roast at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 6-8 minutes until crispy, turning the kale half way through cooking.

Kale chips are best eaten the day they are made, but can be stored wrapped in foil or a paper bag.
