Save money and make your own cold coffee blended drinks at home. It’s easy, and also quick, especially if you already have cold coffee concentrate brewed up and waiting for you in the refrigerator.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
2-4 oz Cold Coffee Concentrate (depending on your desired strength)
1 tablespoon Simple Syrup (or to taste)
1 to 1 ½ cups of milk
About 3 cups of ice cubes
Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; or caramel sauce or chocolate sauce to taste; whipped cream for topping
Fill the blender with ice. Pour in the desired amount of cold coffee concentrate, 1 tablespoon of simple syrup, 1 cup of milk, (and vanilla extract, caramel sauce, or chocolate sauce if using). Blend until smooth, adding more milk if the frappe is too thick.
